TET Notification:
BSE Odisha releases the Odisha TET notification 2024 on their official website www.bseodisha.nic.in The BSE Odisha conducts the Odisha TET exam 2024 twice a year It is an offline mode exam. On 10 October, the Odisha TET issued its notification, and the deadline to submit applications was 19 October. (OTET).
Additionally, the candidates must go through the Odisha TET Notification for detailed information such as the application process, eligibility criteria, age limit, syllabus, exam pattern, and other important information.
TET Application:
The Application form was available by online mode at the OTET 2023/24 official website. BSE Odisha will conduct the Teachers Eligibility Test in upcoming dates 2024. BSE Odisha conducts the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test, which consists of two papers.Paper 1 for Primary Teacher (Class I to V). Paper 2 for Upper Primary Teacher (Class VI to VIII).
TET Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants who want to get teacher jobs in the Odisha Government, through this test, all applicants get the teacher eligibility certificate by clearing the TET test and get the Teacher Eligibility certificate for Odisha. Then, they can also fill the teacher recruitment application form.
For Paper 1:
- 12th pass with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE norms.
- 12th pass with 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
- 2th pass with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
- Graduation with a Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. as per NCTE.
For Paper 2:
- Graduation with 50% marks and a 1-year Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.)
- 12th pass with 50% marks and a 4-year integrated B.A. /B.Sc. Ed. or B.A. Ed.
- Graduation with 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)
- Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Graduation with 45% marks and a 1-year B.Ed. as per NCTE norms
General Eligibility:
- He or she must be a citizen of India.
- Ability to Read Odia and Write Odia.
OTET 2024:
The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha will conduct the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2024.
Applying date 24 June 2024.Students can register their interest and eligibility for OTET at the official website www.bseodisha.nic.in.

Age Limit:
The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) has an age requirement for those candidates who want to apply. You need to be at least 21 years old to take the exam. However, there is no maximum age limit, which means that people of any age can apply for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) entrance.
Application Fees:
The candidates applying for the OTET 2024 have to pay the following fee based on the different categories. The candidates belonging to the general category must pay Rs. 600/- and for SC/ST category must pay 400/-.

The candidates must prepare for 5 subjects such as CDP, Language 1, Language 2, Math and EVS for Paper I and 4 Subjects such as CDP, Language 1, Language 2, and the subject concerned. They have to make a choice between Maths- Science and Social Studies

Admit Card:
On 2 Aug, 2024 will release the Odisha TET Admit Card. The candidates will be able to download the Odisha TET Admit Card 2024 from the official website www.bseodisha.nic.in. Candidates are required to download and print out the TET Admit Card 2024 before heading to the exam centers on 9 August 2024 (for Odisha TET).
