Can you elaborate B.Ed or Bachelor of Education?
B.ED is the bachelor’s degree undertaken to take up teaching as a profession in schools. B.Ed or Bachelor of Education is a 2 year professional course that is done after graduation. According to the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) it is mandatory for all teachers to have a B.Ed course.
How can I apply for B.ED?

You can get admission in several B.Ed colleges in Odisha after qualifying B.Ed entrance exam conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Or you can get admission in outside state Universities fulfilling all the criteria announced by Govt. of Odisha School and Mass Education department.

Educational Qualification required for taking admission in B.Ed.

To pursue B.ed course you must needs to have completed your graduation with 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates.

Can I join B.Ed if I am qualifying B.Tech/MBA/MCA?
Yes you can join B.Ed. If you have a valid UGC approved degree you are eligible for the admission in B.Ed course in Acharya Nagarjuna University. You must have at least 50% aggregate marks in your degree. You can apply through online and offline both.
